Staten Island, it’s time to celebrate a music icon! On Saturday, July 26th, Rise Up NYC returns to Midland Beach for a night of dance, freestyle, and hip-hop royalty — and we’re honoring the legendary Lisa Lisa with the Entertainer’s Key to New York City!
Join us as we pay tribute to one of the most influential voices in freestyle music with an unforgettable lineup of live performances — and yes, it’s totally FREE and open to all ages.
🎤 Live Performances By:
Lisa Lisa – The queen of freestyle and R&B will perform her biggest hits, including “I Wonder If I Take You Home,” “Can You Feel the Beat,” and “Head to Toe.” She’s not just taking the stage — she’s being honored by the city for her lasting impact on music and culture!
CeCe Peniston – Dance-floor diva behind massive hits like “Finally” and “We Got a Love Thang.”
